Course Overview 

This course is designed to help Managers, Team Leads, Supervisors, and Senior Executives master the art and science of goal setting and execution. Setting clear, aligned, and actionable goals is a core leadership function—but achieving them requires structure, motivation, tracking, and team engagement.
