Smart Partners Consulting Limited (SPCL) is an indigenous consulting firm poised on the business model of collaboration to provide professional services of Human Resources and Business Strategy to different companies in various sectors of Nigeria’s economy. It was incorporated in July 2013. Our idea of collaboration and partnership involves the synergy of tested experts in the market place to research, identify and proffer solutions to the ever dynamic needs of our Clients.

Since inception in 2013, SPCL has successfully provided HR-Services such as Recruitment and Placement, Outsourcing, Training, Consultancy (Structures, Policies and Procedures development) and branding to different companies in the following sectors: Financial Sectors, Oil and Gas, Maritime, Real Estate, Fashion, Manufacturing, Education and others.

Our excellent professional services have made us increase our clientele base in various sectors. Our penetration in various sectors has given us great hope and expectation to expand our services beyond boundaries.

The options include: Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to manage all or a portion or your internal recruitment processes, HR-Outsourcing (HRO) to provide professional HR support for companies and Workforce Management Outsourcing (WMO) to recruit and support your company specific project(s). Our outsourcing capabilities also include transition/rollover services and talent pool building.

Dr. Lawrence Ijebor

holds a PhD from Lancaster University, UK. He was a Director Partner at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst &Young). He seats on board of some Nigerian and foreign companies as a major investor. He is a professional service business leader with over 30 years experience gained in entrepreneurial positions of large and diverse organisations. He has demonstrated ability to organize and motivate teams to deliver profitable results and systems that support business growth in tough trading conditions. He possesses skills in organisational development, financial management, manpower outsourcing and strategic systems development. He has managed various projects in information and communication technology, oil exploration, marketing, manufacturing and banking in the private and public sectors. We are proud to have him as the Chairman of Smart Partners Consulting Limited.

Tijani Iyemifokhae


founder, Lead Consultant
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry, University of Benin and an MBA, Lagos State University. He has over ten years of working experience across some leading law firms as a Practice Development Manager where he developed processes for continuous business improvement. At Fine and Country International (West Africa) he was Head of Operations and Strategy. For the years spent at Fine and Country, he developed the entire Branding, Sales and Marketing, HR Structures and Policies, Business Model and Operational Processes. Mr. Iyemifokhae has attended series of local and International trainings. He is a talented strategist with great business acumen.

Timothy Oguntoyinbo

Chief Financial Officer
has over 10 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing and Taxation. He is a graduate of Accounting and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and is also a Chartered Accountant. He has previously worked at Tower Aluminium Rolling Mills, Car Link Limited, Fine & Country International Realty and Adesola Awolola & Co (Chartered Accountants). Timothy has vast practical experience in tax planning, audit and assurance, valuations, due diligence and management accounting.
