Course Overview

The requirements and guidelines for
creating, developing, implementing,
evaluating, maintaining, and continually
improving a compliance management
system are outlined in ISO 37301. A CMS
gives organizations a structured approach
to fulfill all compliance requirements,
including those that must be voluntarily met,
such as internal policies and procedures,
codes of cond uct, sta ndards, and
agreements with communities or non-profit
organizations, as well as those that must be
met by law, regulation, court orders, permits,
and licenses.
All organizations, regardless of size, nature,
or complexity of activity, can use ISO 37301.

planning, conducting, and wrapping up a
CMS audit in accordance with ISO 19011. •

Plan an audit, supervise a team of
auditors, create nonconformity reports,
and carefully monitor the audit’s progress.
