Course Overview

Although digital transformation enables
organizations to improve customer
e x p e r i e n c e , e n h a n c e b u s i n e s s
performance, and increase their efficiency,
its implementation is not that facile as it
requires, among others, competent
individuals, the necessary resources,
including complex software and technology,
changes in organizational structure, and the
implementation of change management
and digital transformation strategies.
The PECB Digital Transformation Officer
course will help participants to gain a
comprehensive knowledge on digital
transformation and the steps required to
digitally transform a business model,
including a thorough explanation and
